Create a hands-on tech-themed activation for PwC's Next Level Arena event where guests build and personalise their own keycap fidget keychains.
Challenge
Large-scale corporate events need activations that are engaging, on-brand, and produce a tangible takeaway without creating bottlenecks or operational complexity.

We designed a modular DIY Keycap Creator Bar with organised cap/switch/keyring inventory, branded station signage, and a smooth pick-assemble-personalise flow that kept queues moving.
